Bharta- Aalu Tamatar (Potato with Tomato )

Bharta- Aalu Tamatar

Easy to make bharta when there is no other option to make SABJI. I used to make this bharta with Daal - Chawal

Ingredient to Make Bharta

- Boiled Potato -3 Medium
- Tomato - 2 Medium
- Chopped Onion - 2 Medium
- Chopped Coriander -1 Tea Spoon
- Chopped Chili -2
- Mustered Oil- 2 Spoon

    Step to Make Bharat

    Step 1: Parch Tomato on Gas Burner until Tomato Skin turn Black
    Step 2: Peel the skin of Tomato
    Step 3: Mix Tomato and Potato in a bowl
    Step 4: Put chopped Onion , Coriander, chili and  Mustered Oil in a bowl
    Step 5: Salt as per your Taste.

Result: Now Bharta is ready to eat with Daal Chawal or with Roti
You can use this Bharta to make Potato Sandwich

Chilla

Chilla
This recipe is very simple any one can make it. it is very tasty and quick recipe

Ingredient to Make Chilla

 - Wheat floor 
- Chopped Onion - 2
- Chopped Coriander -1 Tea Spoon
- Chopped Chili -2
- Vegetable Oil - 2 Spoon

Prepare Tava or Pan to make Chilla

Iron Tava

1. Put Tava on Gas and leave it to warm
2. Spread vegetable oil on Tava 
3. Leave Tava to cool it after spreading oil 

Step to Make Chilla

Step 1: Take a Cup Wheat floor in a Katora
Step 2: Put chopped Onion , Coriander, chilly and One spoon Vegetable  oil
Step 3: Put 3 Cup of water in a Katora and mix it using Spoon. 
Step 4: Salt as per your Taste.
Step 5: Put Tava on Gas (we have already Greased it )
Step 6: Spread batter on Tava using Spoon. 
Step 7: Leave it for 5 min on medium flame. 

Result: Serve it on Plate and enjoy it with a CUP of Tea

Note: you can make 3-4 Chilla in One Cup of wheat floor

Noon Bhaat- Rice with Salt


Noon Bhaat - Rice with Salt and Ghee

Its one of the easiest Recipe I used  make. its very delicious and healthy.


Ingredients 
- Boiled Rice
- Salt
- Onion
- Chili
- Coriander leafs
- Desi Ghee or Butter or mustard oil


Step to Make Noon Bhaat

Step 1: Take a Cup of Boiled Rice
Step 2: Cut Onion and Chili in small Pisces
Step 3: Cut Coriander leafs
Step 4: Mix all of them in one boll
Step 5: Salt as per your Taste

Result: Delicious Noon Bhaat is Ready
